Use the Provider Directory to look up physicians that are in the AMITA Health Care Network. This directory is updated on a monthly basis.

Track 1: Risk (BCBS HMO, BA, BP, MA) Network – Contracts in this network includes any payor products that the CIN takes risk and becomes the claims payor (for BCBS HMO, BCBS MA HMO, Ascension Complete).

Track 2: Non-Risk (Commercial) Network – Contracts in this network include commercial fee for service plans with incentive opportunity (for example: Cigna, Cigna Connect, Humana, SmartHealth, Clear Spring Health).
Track 3: Medicaid Network – Contracts in this network include Medicaid contracts (for example: Meridian Medicaid and Blue Cross Community Health Plans (BCCHP)).
